Our Gallery

In 2019 Chris Manaseri had an idea to start a gallery and when he and his wife, Holly, drove through Pittsford they spotted the For Rent sign on a property at the main intersection, near the village clock. Chris contacted artists in the area whose work he admired and, soon after, Pittsford Fine Art opened as a pop-up in December 2019 with 11 founding members. We officially opened our doors in January 2020. With our renovation in 2023 we added more artists to offer an even wider variety of art. Created and shown by top regional artists, Pittsford fine art is the first place to look when you want original, high-quality art. Each time you stop by you’ll meet one of our member artists, as we share time working in the gallery. You’ll always find new art as we rotate the walls and the art each month.

Some of our members teach in various locations or virtually, so if you’re seeking instruction you’ll find more information under each of those artist’s listing. Their names are italicized in the listing below.

Our gallery members are Kathy Armstrong, Kathleen Bolin, Steve BonDurant, Maureen Church, Amy Colburn, Brenda Cretney, Connie Ehindero, Bill Finewood, Mary Freida, Laurence E. Keefe, Chris Kolupski, Gabriele Lodder, Chris Manaseri, Rebecca Maynard, Lee Ogden, Rosemary Pergolizzi, Andréa Sands, Mark Stash, Kathleen Warren, Laurie Williams, and Suzi Zefting-Kuhn.

In addition to our members’ original works, we’re currently showing sculptures by Dexter Benedict, James Seaman and Mary Taylor. We also offer notecards and fine art prints of some of our members’ paintings.

FIRST FRIDAY RECEPTIONS

Join us each First Friday of the month for a reception from 5 to 8 pm featuring an artist from our main gallery. Half of us change our walls and artwork the week before the reception so you will find many new works each month.
